There are a few ways that we can minimise the environmental impact of our buildings. 

1. Using locally sourced materials and manufacturing to reduce transport
2. Constructing High Performing buildings that last longer, are energy efficient and require less maintenance
3. Building with techniques that minimise or eliminate the need for poisons for pest management
4. Avoiding products that contain volatile chemicals

There are numerous products available that are either made with industrial by products, or renewable/reclaimed ingredients.  We have access to locally sourced hardwoods for internal flooring and decking, posts, beams and stairs.  We use local tradespeople and manufacturing, which benefits our community.  We can work with you to build what you want, the way you want it.
